Built from the dispatch chair
Every screen started as a real complaint from a planner, a safety lead or a driver — not a whiteboard exercise.
Who we are
HaulMind started because our own team was juggling five tools to run one fleet. We built the platform we wished we had, then kept building it with the carriers who use it every day.
What we hold onto
The product changes constantly. These do not.
Every screen started as a real complaint from a planner, a safety lead or a driver — not a whiteboard exercise.
We would rather do dispatch, paperwork, safety and driver tools well together than chase every feature in isolation.
The engine recommends and automates, but a human always keeps the final call on anything that matters.
Nothing reaches the roadmap without a carrier partner testing it against real loads first.

How we got here
Each stage came from a real carrier asking for one thing that was still missing.
First dispatch board
Built for a single regional carrier tired of spreadsheets.
Safety suite added
Walkaround checks and duty logs folded into the same platform.
Intelligence engine
Load pairing and failure forecasting went live across the fleet.
800+ carrier accounts
Running across North American lanes, still built around the seat and the desk.
Tell us about your lanes and your current stack — we will show you exactly what HaulMind replaces and what it adds.
